Fiesta Castle Hills is proud to support local artists and food vendors at the annual Fair in the Commons. There is space for about 45 vendors and 5 food trucks, which sell out quickly. Please read all information below before applying as a vendor.
By completing the Vendor Application, you are agreeing to all requirements on this page.
Fees
Craft and Information Booth fees are $45.00 for a 10×10 space.
Food Vendor Space is $90.00. Fee includes required food permit.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Applications must be approved by the Fiesta Castle Hills Committee. Once approved, an invoice will be sent. All fees and proof of insurance are due within 30 days of the invoice date or before March 1, 2027, whichever is first. If not paid within 30 days, an additional fee of $10.00 will be applied. If fees and proof of insurance are not provided within 45 days, the vendor space will be forfeited.
If you are not immediately selected for a vendor space, you will be notified if you are on the wait list. If space opens, wait listed vendors will be contacted in order of application receipt. Please abide by invoice due dates.
Vendors are responsible for paying Sales Tax to the State Comptroller.
Cancelled space before March 1, 2027 will be refunded minus $25.00. No shows (without notice of cancellation) will not be considered for a space in the future.
REQUIRED INSURANCE: All Fiesta vendors (Craft and Food) must provide a certificate of insurance naming Fiesta San Antonio Commission, City of San Antonio and Fiesta Castle Hills as additional insured. Vendors can purchase directly from William Hurren at will@kaliff.com. Pricing will vary depending on if you are a craft or food booth. No vendor will be allowed to set up without proof of insurance. Proof of Insurance must be submitted with payment.
REQUIRED FOOD PERMIT: Food vendors are required to obtain a temporary food permit from the City of Castle Hills, which is included in the fee. The food permit application will accompany your invoice. Return this application with your payment. Fiesta Castle Hills will secure the permit and present it the vendor for the day of the event.
